Best dealer I’ve ever encountered.

I drove thru the lot on Saturday just looking around and Mason came out and we had a very nice visit, he directed me to the area I was interested in, he wasn’t pushy at and let me look around, after sleeping on a few nights I decided to buy the Colorado I liked, Mason and everyone at the dealership were very professional and knowledgeable, it made the purchase very simple and enjoyable!

It is so nice to be able to trust this dealership with making sure my vehicle is taken care of. They are always kind and efficient!

Very disappointed. I was told my air filter was very dirty making it necessary for a mass air flow sensor cleaning, which was not true. I removed the filter when I got home and the filter is still in great shape with at least 6 more months of use. I could bring it in any time to show you that it is barely dirty. And the air intake is nearly spotless. I don’t see how a mass air flow cleaning is possibly needed. In addition and with equal disappointment, I found that 3 of the four screws on the filter cover were stripped out with one that was missing. I do have a picture if you would like to see it, of the filings under the intake box from where the impact driver stripped out the holes by the technician. I did manage to repair it with larger screws. I was also told my wiper blades needed replaced when I know for a fact I just recently replaced them in the winter and they are working fine. Also, I was told my rear differential oil is dirty and in need of changing, but at this point I’m having a hard time believing that at all. I’m really in doubt right now that I will be back for service work. And as much as I love Chevrolet as my family and I have purchased many vehicles from Whisler’s over the years, I will be looking at other options when I purchase my next vehicle. Everything went very smoothly. The paperwork was thoroughly explained, the car was well cleaned, and the numerous functions were demonstrated. It was a pleasurable experience.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation,end up paying for sensor on my tires pressure which were working when i drop it off and they really could not expand what happen. Not sure if they did and charged me.Not happy with what went down. 2 sensors for 120 each and 90 to change them.

Thought about this quite a while before doing the survey. Said I needed a new engine air filter. I elected to get one and put it in myself. When I replaced it, found 3 of the 4 screws extremely loose and took them out using fingers only. The compartment had a little grass nest behind the air filter. Mechanic just put the old filter back on top of it and couldn’t even remove the grass. I used my hands and removed it and took 2 seconds. I guess you only get what you pay for and not a cents worth more. I never thought I had to double check service work in the past had had that trust. I usually have tires rotated at time of serve. Do I have to mark tires to make sure they were rotated? I hope not. You say you take care of the customer. In this case I world have to say, not to my expectations. I do expect screws that were removed to be tightened and what could it hurt if someone to a little extra initiative and removed the grass for the customer. I call it integrity, doing the right thing even when someone isn’t looking.

The receiving of parts and the repair of our 2021 Silverado was expedited far sooner than we ever even hoped for. It was important to us to have our truck back by the end of the week and Whislers did just that!

Cost of service was too high (oil change and tire rotation). It seems the goal was to charge for things I don’t need or want, like tires, air filters, air sensors l, etc. I did not approve a new air filter and received my car with a filter that could have been blown clean and a filter housing still dirty. As week a housing screw is stripped.

They did a very good job and did it efficiently while I waited. I did have to take it back later the same day to have the oil level checked. At quitting time they got me in and did what my vehicle needed and made things right

Well I was a little disappointed with the time. I dropped my car off at around 130pm and my appointment was at 2pm I came to pick it up at 3pm and it wasn't ready. Other than that everything else was fine. However it really annoys me that you have to tell me there are other things wrong or that need replacing. I know my vehicle better than anyone else and if I wanted any other service I would set it up. That being said I know that its policy so I will just have to deal with it but I really wish I didn't have to.

This is the beast dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I know it's not always easy to repair these vehicles especially with all the obstacles from the factory level. It's their effort and attitude that set them apart and above the rest.

Found the car we wanted. Mason our salesperson was very helpful and professional. Everything went smooth.

Made the appointment online and everything started well I was expected to and got in however it took an hour and 30 min to do an oil change when I asked why it took so long the gentleman stated he was in a meeting he then went on to say my air filter and cabin filter needed changed because of how long it took I was unable to move forward with the filter changes because of time the gentleman asked if I was waiting I said yes I would have liked it if he would have warned me about the meeting and that it may take longer than usual TIME IS IMPORTANT to people
