GM Preferred Owner Terms and Conditions
Preferred Owner Card
Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac is proud to announce our new Preferred Owner Program. With every dollar you spend with us whether it’s in sales, service or parts you are rewarded. You can use your award points to purchase any goods and services at Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac. This is at no cost to you. During a Service or Parts visit simply swipe your card with the corresponding cashier when you pick up your vehicle or parts and we’ll take care of the rest. If redeeming your accrued sales points just give the salesman your card at the time of your next vehicle purchase. Come on in and ask any of our professionals to get you signed up and start saving. It’s quick and hassle free!
* Program Rules
·                           1 Award point is equal to 1 dollar
·                           Points cannot be redeemed for cash
·                           Any items purchased with the preferred card cannot be returned for cash. All returned items’ value will be applied to the preferred card.
·                           Your award points can be used only for retail purchases at Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac.
·                           Award points can be used in conjunction with other specials and coupons.
·                           All cards and points with 24 months of inactivity will expire.
·                           Employees of Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac are not eligible.
·                           Your preferred card can be used for any vehicle in your household.
·                           Points can only be earned on cash purchases. You can not accrue points on warranty, insurance, or extended warranty purchases.
·                           Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the program at any time.                                                
Earning program dollars
·                           Vehicle purchase earns $300.00 toward a future vehicle purchase.
·                           Each service event (parts and labor) earns 5% of total dollars spent toward a future service, parts or accessory sale.
·                           Each parts and/or accessory purchase earns 5% of total dollars spent toward a future service, parts or accessory sale.
·                           Points accrued within service and parts can be used in service and parts only(maximum of $300.00 in any single transaction).
·                           Points accrued with a vehicle purchase can be applied to future vehicle purchases only(maximum of $1,500.00 in any single transaction).
·                           Returned items purchased with reward dollars will not be exchanged for cash. Returned item’s program value will be returned to the Preferred Owners account.
Overview of the Preferred Owner Program
·                           The Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac Preferred Owner Program is a loyalty program sponsored by Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac through which owners can earn dollars toward future service, parts and accessory purchases by purchasing service, parts or accessories. Owners can also earn dollars toward future vehicle purchases by purchasing a vehicle after enrollment in the program.
·                           All dollars earned can be used at Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac only.
Participation in the Preferred Owner Program
·                           All customers who have purchased a vehicle, had service (labor and/or parts) performed on their vehicles, bought accessories and/or parts from Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac.
·                           Must be over the age of 18 to participate in the Preferred Owner Program.
·                           Fleet customers or wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the Preferred Owner Program.
·                           Participation in the Preferred Owner Program constitutes each Preferred Owner’s full and Unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
·                           The personal information that is collected from you in connection with the Preferred Owner Program will be used in accordance with the GM Privacy Policy.
Modification and Termination of the Program
·                           Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac may modify any of the terms and conditions governing the Preferred Owner Program—including, but not limited to, the methods through which dollars can be earned, how the program can be used, the value of the earned dollars, at any time, without notice, even though these changes may affect the Reward Owner’s ability to use the dollars that have already been earned.
·                           The Preferred Owner Program has no pre-determined termination date and may continue until such time that Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac makes the decision to terminate the program, with no notice given.
·                           The Reward Owners continued participation in the Preferred Owner Program constitutes the Reward Owners acceptance of any changes made to these Terms and Conditions. The Reward Owners are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version will be available on the Reward Owner’s Website and will supersede all previous versions of the Terms and Conditions.

Whisler Chevrolet and Cadillac respects your privacy and is committed to protect the personal information that you share with us.
